Processing Time

All Soothe & Silk products are handmade to order in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and created. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handcrafted body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the safety, freshness, and quality of every item we send.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sootheandsilk@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order is in production, we can’t guarantee cancellation.
